Welcome to Paragraph.Earth! We are building a community for people who share a passion for nature, travel, discovering new places, and learning about different cultures. By sharing your adventures, you can inspire others to travel and experience new places.

Our platform also provides tools for creating travel plans and collaborating with others. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using our services.

By accessing or using Paragraph.Earth, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who We Are

Paragraph.Earth is an online travel management and community platform individually operated from Niš, Serbia. Questions may be sent to [email protected].

2. Eligibility

To use Paragraph.Earth, you must use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes and must not be prohibited by applicable law from using online services.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Accounts and Security

You may create an account using email and password or choose Sign in with Google. Google sign-in is optional and subject to Google's authentication service. Connecting Google to an existing account requires confirmation of that account's password. Keep your account credentials and connected Google account secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access at [email protected].

Where enabled, you may also sign in with Facebook, subject to Meta’s authentication service. An unconnected Facebook identity requires email confirmation before account creation or linking. Connecting an existing password account also requires its password. Keep your connected accounts secure. Removing the Facebook connection does not itself delete your Paragraph.Earth account; use Account settings or contact [email protected] for deletion.

Removing Paragraph.Earth from your Google Account connections does not itself delete your Paragraph.Earth account. Before removing a sign-in method, make sure you can still access your account using another working method.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Paragraph.Earth, you must not:

• Post illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Hack, scrape, or interfere with platform security.
• Spam users or engage in unauthorized advertising.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

a) Your content

You own the photos, text, and travel data you upload. By sharing content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the platform.

b) Marketing use with consent

We will not use your photos or text for marketing without explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected].

6. Privacy, Sharing and Optional Analytics

Our Privacy Policy explains account information, Google sign-in, service providers, retention, deletion and your privacy choices. Optional Google Analytics requires your consent and can be disabled through Privacy settings without losing access to the service. We do not sell personal data or use Google-derived account information for advertising or general-purpose AI training.

Your public profile and published stories are visible to others. Private plans are available to authorized collaborators; plans you choose to publish can be public when publishing is available. Share only information you are entitled to share. Do not include another person's private information without an appropriate basis.

Browser drafts remain on your device until you choose to save them to your account. Clearing browser storage can remove unsaved drafts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Paragraph.Earth is provided “as is” without guarantees. We are not responsible for errors in travel data, bookings, or itineraries; losses related to third-party services such as airlines or hotels; or harm caused by user-generated content.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount, if any, that you paid to use our services.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Account Termination and Deletion

Request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may verify your identity first. Once your request is verified and processed, we immediately delete the account and associated personal data without retaining recovery backups. See the Privacy Policy for provider-controlled records, locally stored drafts and copies held by others. Account settings also provides email-confirmed account deletion. Access is disabled after confirmation; cleanup failures are retried and completion is confirmed only after database and owned-image cleanup succeeds. Owned plans and their contents are deleted, while other people’s plans remain with your contributions and account references removed. Cloudinary CDN invalidation may take a few minutes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Export or save content you need before requesting deletion; deleted application data cannot be restored by us.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Serbian law. Disputes should first be addressed informally by contacting us. Unresolved disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Serbia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
